We aim to ship at least 14 days before your event, for arrival about a week ahead. Shipping dates are targets; kits can ship earlier. Free cancellation ends when we hand your kit to the carrier. Unpack the kit, follow the greeting instructions and record a test message before your guests arrive.
Full refund if you cancel before your kit ships. Details.
Reuse the protective packaging and attach the prepaid return label. Hand the kit to the carrier named on the label and keep your drop-off receipt.
We prepare your private gallery within 3 days of receiving the returned kit. You have 180 days to listen and download your recordings. Downloaded files are yours to keep.

We loved the concept behind Leave Love Here. Many of our friends had traditional guestbooks at their weddings that probably haven’t been opened since, if they even still have them. We thought this was a much more modern way to capture memories from our event and received several compliments from guests. We had a little trouble getting the phone set up initially, but customer support was quick to respond and got everything working quickly. Overall, a great experience and a product I’d definitely recommend!
